SkiDoc delivers to St Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires, Val Thorens, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Sainte Foy, Tignes and Val d’Isere.



Our prices depend on where and when you are going. To check the prices, select the resort, your skiing dates and your group size and click “SUBMIT”. On the next page, you will be able to select packages and add extras (boots, helmets) and apply a discount if you have a valid promo code.

No, you only need to select packages and the extras (boots, helmets) for each group member, then once you place your order, you’ll be able to access your booking through the client area and finalise your order by adding heights, weights and shoe sizes for everyone.

Our cancellation policy is very simple. We do refund any hire that hasn’t been used. In case someone couldn’t make it, had to stop skiing halfway through the week, bought their own boots before the holiday and wants to cancel the hired pair, we issue a full refund. Our clients pay for what they received, used and are happy with.

Yes and it’s highly recommended. We will have to charge you for the price of the lost equipment before we can replace it and even though some travel insurances cover for lost equipment, you will have to pay us first and you will need to provide your insurance company with a police report (in case of stolen equipment) to be reimbursed. It can be a long and tiring process. SkiDoc damage and theft insurance is available for 2€/day and you can ask your ski technician to add it to your booking at delivery. It reduces the excess to 0 in case of lost or badly damaged equipment.

All our partners were given a partner discount code, ask your tour operator if they have one. If you aren’t staying with any of our partners, please get in touch to check if we have any ongoing promotions. In most cases, we are also happy to price match any quote you get from other ski hire providers in resort.

Our system allocates a delivery time window, based on the arrival time given. SkiDoc will message you this time window on the morning of your arrival day. In case of delays or if you want to reschedule, you just need to respond to the message (either by SMS or WhatsApp) or update the arrival time in the client area. Once SkiDoc receives the reschedule request, we allocate a new time window and will resend the confirmation message.

Delivery time window is 2 hours and it’s scheduled shortly after your ETA. The ski technician will send a “You are next” message 15-20 minutes before he arrives at the accommodation to confirm the exact time and to save you from waiting for us for two hours.

If you aren’t available at all or for some part of the time window, please let us know and we’ll make sure that we deliver at a time when you’re at your accommodation.

As the evening arrival and fitting slots are very congested, sometimes delivery happens around dinner time. We will do our best to limit the disturbance, we only take two people at a time to the fitting room and it shouldn’t take more than five minutes to fit them, so the others can settle in or start dinner while everyone takes a quick turn to get fitted.

We always prioritise young children. In case we can’t get to them before their bedtime, we’ll come back first thing the next morning to make sure that everyone is ready for ski school or first lifts.

Our ski technicians carry lots of spare equipment, so we will make sure that we leave everyone with equipment that fits.

It depends on the night, but generally speaking we deliver until very late (11pm or sometimes later). In case the late delivery isn’t convenient for you or you have even bigger delays, we can come back first thing the next morning, as early as 7:30am to make sure everyone is fitted and ready for ski school or first lifts.

If you think you’ll be in resort in time for a few runs on your arrival day, please let us know and we’ll do our best to get you fitted and ready to hit the slopes as you arrive.

Absolutely! Let us know where and we’ll be there, ready to fit you and help you get on the slopes as quickly as possible.

In case of emergency (if you can’t carry on riding) we can be with you at the bottom of the lifts in an hour. If you’d just like to try something in a different size or model, you can request a revisit from SkiDoc. You can request a change by SMS or WhatsApp. Once your request is received, just like with the fitting, we’ll schedule an equipment change time window and will confirm it by an SMS/WhatsApp message. Then your ski tech will again text you 20 minutes before he gets to you to confirm the exact time and to save you from waiting for us.

Just let us know and we’ll bring you a snowboard to try, free of charge (same if you’d like to go from snowboard to skis).

Unfortunately accidents happen and we don’t want to make a bad situation even worse by charging for equipment that wasn’t used. In the unfortunate event of an accident, get in touch and we’ll refund the unused days (see the question about cancellation policy above).

Yes we can. You need to get in touch with us ASAP and we’ll bring a replacement as quickly as possible (within an hour), you just need to find your way down to the bottom of the lifts, where we can meet you. If you had purchased our insurance at the time of delivery, there’s nothing else to do. If you haven’t, we will have to charge you for the full price of the stolen kit and you’ll need to get a police report in resort. With that report and with the payment receipt from us, you can try to make a claim to your travel insurance (if skiing is covered).

You don’t need to bring it back to us, we will collect everything on the evening of your last skiing date from your accommodation.

Yes, we’d want you to enjoy the mountains until the last second, so if you leave straight from the slopes, let us know and we’ll arrange collection whenever and wherever is convenient for you.
