The Delivery
All of your equipment is chosen from our favourite brands, configured to your size, weight and ability, and then carefully packed into ski/boot bags and delivered to your accommodation.
Your Personal Ski Technician
On your arrival day, probably... You’d rather be relaxing than waiting in line at a ski shop, your own personal ski technician will deliver and fit your equipment at your accommodation.
The Service
We are not perfect. If any of your equipment doesn’t fit at first, we carry lots of spare boots, skis and snowboards, so we will make sure that you are left with the right gear.
Our Price Promise
We offer a luxury service, but we don't want you to pay more than what you'd pay elsewhere. If you find ski hire at a better price in your resort, let us know and we'll do our best to price match.
Upgrades, Changes and Continuous Care
If you would like to change any of your equipment during your holiday you can arrange to have one of our ski technicians meet you on the slopes, or back at your accommodation after the lifts have closed. All changes are free of charge.
