We'll message you on the morning of your arrival day with a 2-hour delivery window, based on your estimated arrival time. Our technician will give you a heads-up 15–20 minutes before they arrive so you don't have to wait around.
We generally deliver until 11pm or later. If you're arriving very late, we can also deliver early the next morning around 7:30am so you're ready for the first lifts. Just let us know your arrival time when you book.
Absolutely. If you can't be at your accommodation for the fitting, just let us know where and we'll come to you — whether that's at the lift base, a restaurant, or anywhere else in Arc 1600. We're flexible.
No problem. Our technicians always carry spare equipment to handle size changes on the spot. If something doesn't fit perfectly during the fitting, we'll swap it until everything is right. We don't leave until you're comfortable.
Yes. You can swap between skis and snowboard free of charge at any time — no questions asked. For other equipment changes, text us and we'll arrange a swap at your accommodation or at the lift base, usually within an hour.
You don't need to drop anything off. We collect all equipment from your accommodation on the evening of your last skiing day. If you're leaving during the day, we'll arrange collection wherever and whenever is convenient for you.
We refund any hire that hasn't been used. If someone in your group can't ski due to injury or illness, contact us and we'll refund the unused days. Damage and theft insurance is also available for 2€/day, which reduces your excess to zero.
